SmoothCal provides booking, client management, and clinical documentation software for laser hair removal and electrolysis providers.

SMS Terms of Service

SmoothCal sends automated SMS messages on behalf of healthcare providers, including appointment reminders and one-time verification codes. By providing your phone number and opting in during the booking process, you consent to receive these messages.

• Message frequency: up to 3 messages per appointment (confirmation, reminder, and follow-up), plus verification codes when booking
• Message and data rates may apply
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all SMS messages
• Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance
• Consent to receive SMS is not required as a condition of booking. You may select “No Reminders” during booking.

Account Terms

• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You may not use the service for unlawful purposes

Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Limitation of Liability

SmoothCal is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SmoothCal after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
