SMS Communications

We use SMS to send appointment reminders to clients on behalf of healthcare providers using SmoothCal. By opting in to receive SMS messages during the booking process, you consent to receive automated text messages related to your appointments.

  • Message frequency: Up to 3 messages per appointment (confirmation, reminder, and follow-up)
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel SMS reminders

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared, sold, or rented to any third parties.

Third-Party Services
